Kambria https://kambria.io/ is an open innovation platform for Deep Tech such as AI, Robotics, Blockchain, VR/AR, IoT…. with the mission to shape the future of technology where technology is open and contributes more to society.
We are in the startup phase, with a lean operating spirit.
The good reputation of the Founders in the technology industry is an advantage for us to build up Kambria ecosystem.
Currently our main initiative is Kambria DAOs https://kambria.io/daos/. In a nutshell, this is a model for the community to co-own technology, where DAO members of a technology solution will decide and contribute to the development and commercialization of it, and get revenue sharing when the solution is commercialized.
In 2023 we have launched the first 4 Robotics Impact DAOs for Pet Care, Mine Clearing, Ocean Cleanup and Underwater Conservation.
In 2024 we are introducing the next 4 Daily-life Impact DAOs of Elderly Care, Home Gardening, Smart Recycle and Tech Learning.

Currently the Core Team has 4 members (aged 25-28) working under the guidance and directions from the CEO.
Being Program Coordinators and Program Executives, these members are in charge of implementing initiatives and activities of Kambria and its ecosystem, including:
Organizing activities of Kambria DAOs
Organizing activities of Social Impact Innovation Alliance and Kambria community
Handle marketing activities such as LinkedIn outreach, email and Facebook ads campaigns
Running Kambria social media channels
And company operations tasks
As you see, our Core Team is compact yet highly versatile. Our strengths lie in collaboration, a readiness to tackle diverse challenges, and a shared passion for making a positive social impact, enabling us to accomplish the jobs.
In 2024, our scope of work expands to include the experimentation and commercialization of the Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO. Consequently, we are looking to welcome a new member to our team.
We are seeking a new team member in the position of Program Executive, with the following key attributes:
1-3 years of relevant experience, including experiences in Youth Organizations and Community Activities
Good business acumen, with the ability, or eagerness to learn, to communicate fluently in technical terms. Background in Business with experience in the Technology industry or Background in Technology with experience in Business roles.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
Good execution skills, capable of implementing activities and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. Results-oriented, willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects are executed on time and of a high quality.
Professionalism and a high sense of responsibility. Time management and commitment, self-motivation and self-discipline are crucial for success in a hybrid working environment.
Growth mindset with critical thinking and self-learning abilities. Bringing good questions as well as fresh perspectives and approaches to enhance work efficiency.
Especially this time: The team needs one more member who can add strengths in execution and coordination, with effective communication, constructive approaches and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation: (Net) Salary $400-$750, Yearly adjustment (~ Gross $450-$850)
